Glen has more than 30 years’ experience developing building technologies to achieve environment and cost saving objectives. He leads the design and deployment of the Avani platform, developing data-driven solutions through new insights and visibility.
Dave brings 15 years of hands-on experience in the building industry, combining operational excellence with strategic leadership. He oversees complex projects and ensures seamless coordination across teams, vendors, and clients. With a strong foundation in construction operations and a focus on innovation, Dave optimises processes to deliver efficiency and quality. His results-driven approach ensures that every project not only meets performance standards but also aligns with client goals, creating lasting value and trust.
With extensive leadership experience across SaaS, commercial real estate, and e-commerce, Chantel specialises in driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships and customer success. Passionate about fostering inclusive environments, she combines entrepreneurial energy with empathy and collaboration to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Kevin blends building operations, technology, and data expertise with a deep focus on customer outcomes. He leads our accounts and drives measurable value for every customer. His value-centric approach ensures each client’s unique needs are matched with the right solution.
Paul has 40 years’ experience delivering technology solutions to clients around the world. He is an expert at applying technology so that diverse and complex organisations can get the most value out of their building operations.
Stuart is an experienced Software Engineer with over a decade of technical expertise in the field of Software Engineering and more recently as a Systems Architect. Designing and developing innovative and effective software solutions to overcome client challenges and meet evolving needs is Stuart's key expertise.
Stuart specialises in large scale systems, and integration projects and works through the full lifecycle from consultation and design through to evaluation of the integrity and functionality of systems.
Jules is a qualified CA and MBA who brings to Avani experience in finance and business operations across technology, audit, legal, and government sectors in Australia and the UK. Passionate about integrity and smart growth, she partners with teams to scale sustainably and build strong financial foundations for long-term success
As a key member of EGX, Christie’s role includes new investment prospects, and supporting portfolio companies with strategy, growth and transformation. Bringing nearly a decade of experience to her role, notably from her time at CBA and PwC, Christie creates value for EGX and the employees, management, and shareholders of her portfolio companies.
Michael is co-founder and Executive Chair of EG Funds.
Until February 2022, Michael was the independent Chair of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA). A Director of technology companies Avani and Reveal, Michael is the current President of the Australia Defence Association, and a Director of the Ramsay Centre for Western Civilisation. Past directorships include the ACT’s City Renewal Authority, ING RE, Macquarie Infrastructure Group, Macquarie Goodman, State Super, NRMA Insurance, ActewAGL, IconWater, State Rail Authority of NSW, Sydney Metro Transport and ANZ (2000 Olympic) Stadium.
Adam is the co-founder and CEO of EG, where he sets the vision and strategic direction. Passionate about team culture, Adam leads, mentors, and inspires his team. He also heads EGX, the venture capital arm focused on proptech and fintech investments that help EG stay ahead of the curve.
Andrew is an experienced real estate and investment banking executive. Between 2016 and 2023, Andrew worked at AXA Investment Managers (Real Assets) across a number of roles, including being a member of the firm's Management Board, Global Head of Asset Management & Development, Chair of the firm’s Global Investment Committee, and Chair of the AXA Investment Management (Alts) business in Australia.
Prior to AXA Investment Managers, Andrew spent over 15 years in investment banking with JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, with a sector specialisation in real estate.
